AI & AUTOMATED PROCESSING NOTICE

SoulmateScan uses automated technologies to analyse compatibility-test answers and generate certain parts of personalized reports.

1. What is processed

The AI processing may receive:

• answers submitted by participants;

• relationship start date;

• information necessary to generate the relevant report content.

The system is designed not to send the following information to the AI processing layer:

• email address;

• payment details;

• account credentials;

• direct account identifiers.

However, if a participant voluntarily includes identifying information in a free-text answer, that information may be transmitted as part of the answer.

2. Purpose

AI processing is used to generate certain parts of the user's compatibility report.

The AI system does not determine:

• whether a person should receive a loan;

• whether a person should receive employment;

• eligibility for insurance;

• access to housing;

• healthcare eligibility;

• education eligibility;

• legal status.

The report is intended as informational and entertainment content.

3. Other scoring systems

Certain report components, including sexual-rhythm-related calculations, may be generated using proprietary scoring methodologies rather than AI.

4. Human review

The report is primarily generated automatically.

SoulmateScan does not represent that every report is individually reviewed by a human.

5. AI providers

SoulmateScan may use third-party AI infrastructure, including OpenRouter and models made available through that infrastructure.

The exact model/provider configuration may change.

SoulmateScan maintains an internal AI Vendor Register and evaluates relevant processing arrangements.

6. No AI training using test answers

SoulmateScan does not use participants' test answers to train its own AI models.

Test answers are used for the requested report-generation purpose.

7. Accuracy

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, generalisations or interpretations that do not fully correspond to the participants' actual relationship.

Users should not treat the report as a professional psychological, medical or relationship diagnosis.

8. Data minimisation

SoulmateScan seeks to minimise the information provided to AI processing systems.

Users should avoid entering unnecessary identifying or sensitive information in free-text fields.

9. Automated decision-making rights

Where applicable law grants rights concerning solely automated decision-making or profiling, users may exercise those rights through the privacy contact specified in the Privacy Policy.

SoulmateScan will assess the applicability of such rights based on the relevant jurisdiction and the actual processing operation.
