• compatibility test result;

Test information

• intimacy;

• sexual preferences;

• sexual satisfaction;

• preferred frequency of sexual activity;

• other relationship-related information.

Information concerning a person's sex life may constitute sensitive or special-category personal data under applicable law.

Technical information

We may process:

• cookie identifiers;

• analytics information;

Payment information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

SoulmateScan does not intentionally send payment card details to AI systems used to generate reports.

3. Information You Should Not Submit

The Service does not intentionally request information concerning:

• mental health;

• religion;

• political opinions;

• racial or ethnic origin;

• biometric identification.

However, users may voluntarily include such information in free-text answers.

Please do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Purpose of Processing

We process information for purposes including:

• creating and operating user accounts;

• providing the compatibility test;

• generating reports;

• processing payments;

• delivering purchased reports;

• maintaining website security;

• providing customer support;

• preventing abuse and fraud;

We do not use test answers to train our own AI models.

We do not use individual test answers for advertising profiling.

5. AI Processing

Certain report components may be generated using AI.

The information sent for AI processing is designed to exclude direct account and payment identifiers, such as:

• email address;

• payment information;

• account credentials.

However, users may include identifying information in free-text answers.

6. Sensitive / Special-Category Data

Some information processed by the Service may constitute sensitive or special-category data, particularly information concerning sex life or sexual preferences.

Where required by applicable law, SoulmateScan obtains explicit consent before processing such information.

The explicit consent mechanism is separate from acceptance of the Terms and from marketing consent.

Users may withdraw consent, subject to the legal consequences of withdrawal and any other lawful basis that may apply.

7. Legal Bases

Depending on the jurisdiction and processing activity, SoulmateScan may rely on:

• performance of a contract;

• consent;

• explicit consent for special-category data;

• compliance with legal obligations;

For jurisdictions based on GDPR-style rules, special-category processing requires both an Article 6 lawful basis and an applicable special-category condition.

8. Data Retention

SoulmateScan follows a data-minimisation approach.

Original test answers are intended to be retained only for the period necessary to process the test and generate the report, after which they are deleted or otherwise removed from the active processing environment, subject to technical and legal requirements.

The final report and account-related information may be retained while necessary to provide access to the purchased Service.

Users may request deletion of their results and account information where applicable.

Specific retention periods are maintained internally in SoulmateScan's Retention Schedule.

9. Service Providers

SoulmateScan may use third-party providers for:

• hosting;

• cloud infrastructure;

• content delivery and security;

• payment processing;

• email delivery;

• analytics;

• cookie consent management;

• AI processing.

Current providers may include:

• nic.ru;

• Timeweb Cloud;

• Cloudflare;

• OpenRouter;

• Unisender;

• Cookiebot;

• Yandex Metrika;

• Google Analytics;

• Google Tag Manager;

• Stripe;

• CloudPayments.

The exact providers and processing arrangements should be maintained in SoulmateScan's internal Vendor/Subprocessor Register.

10. International Transfers

Because SoulmateScan serves users internationally, personal information may be processed in countries other than the country where the user is located.

International transfers are assessed and implemented in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Where required, SoulmateScan will use appropriate safeguards, contractual mechanisms, transfer assessments or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

The applicable safeguards depend on the destination country, data category and service provider.
