Verification

To protect personal information, SoulmateScan may need to verify that a request was made by the relevant person.

SoulmateScan will not request unnecessary identity documents.

Deletion of test results

Where technically available, users may delete their results from their personal account.

Users may also contact SoulmateScan to request deletion.

Test answers

Original test answers are intended to be deleted after the report-generation process.

Accordingly, once the answers have been deleted from the relevant processing systems, SoulmateScan may not be technically able to provide a copy of the original answers.

The final report may remain available for as long as necessary to provide the purchased Service, subject to applicable law.

Withdrawal of consent

Where processing relies on consent, users may withdraw that consent.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you believe that your privacy rights have been violated, you may contact SoulmateScan first.
