These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SoulmateScan website, compatibility test, personalized relationship report and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is provided by QwertyX L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

1. The Service

SoulmateScan provides an online relationship compatibility test designed to generate a personalized compatibility report based on answers provided by participants.

The Service may include:

• relationship and compatibility questionnaires;

• analysis of answers;

• automated scoring;

• AI-assisted generation of parts of the report;

• a free portion of the report;

• a paid full report;

• access to the report through the website, account and/or PDF.

The Service is intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

SoulmateScan does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

SoulmateScan does not currently perform formal age verification. If you are under 18, you must not use the Service.

3. Relationship Test

The test is completed by two participants.

Participants may answer questions concerning their relationship, preferences, intimacy and other personal matters.

You must provide information voluntarily and must not submit information that you do not have the right to provide.

Where the Service provides a separate consent mechanism for the second participant, each participant is responsible for providing their own consent.

4. Personal Account

A personal account may be automatically created using the email address provided by the main participant.

Access may be provided through a passwordless authentication mechanism, including a magic link sent by email.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.

5. Reports and Automated Processing

The Service may use automated processing and AI technologies to generate parts of the report.

The report is generated from the information submitted by participants.

Certain parts of the Service may be calculated using proprietary scoring systems without AI.

The report is not intended to constitute a legally, medically or professionally significant decision concerning you.

6. Accuracy of the Report

The report is generated from the information provided by participants.

SoulmateScan does not guarantee that the report will accurately describe the participants' relationship, personality, compatibility or future relationship outcomes.

Differences between the report and the participants' own views do not constitute a technical defect in the Service.

The report should be treated as informational and interpretive content rather than an objective determination of relationship compatibility.

7. Paid Reports

Certain features or portions of the report may require payment.

The price, currency and payment terms applicable to you will be displayed before payment.

The full report is unlocked after successful payment.

SoulmateScan does not offer subscriptions or recurring charges for the Service unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase.

8. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Depending on the user's country, payment may be processed through:

• CloudPayments for certain users;

• Stripe for international users.

Payment providers may process payment and related information under their own privacy terms.

SoulmateScan does not intentionally provide payment card credentials to AI systems used for report generation.

9. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds are available where required by applicable law and in the circumstances specified in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where legally permitted, dissatisfaction with the subjective content or conclusions of a properly generated report does not by itself constitute a technical failure of the Service.

If the same purchase was charged more than once due to a technical or payment error, the duplicate charge may be refunded.

If the paid report cannot technically be generated or delivered due to an error attributable to SoulmateScan, the user may request a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Intellectual Property

The website, software, visual materials, trademarks, interface, report templates, scoring methodology and other elements of the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• copy or reproduce the Service;

• reverse engineer the software;

• reproduce proprietary scoring methodologies;

• commercially exploit the reports or underlying systems;

• remove intellectual property notices;

• use the Service to create a competing product.

You retain rights in information and content that you lawfully provide to SoulmateScan, subject to the rights necessary for SoulmateScan to provide the Service.

11. User Content

You remain responsible for information you submit to the Service.

Do not submit:

• information belonging to another person without an appropriate legal basis;

• passwords;

• payment credentials;

• government identification numbers;

• highly confidential information unrelated to the Service.

Because free-text information may contain unexpected personal or sensitive information, you should avoid including unnecessary identifying details.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service:

• unlawfully;

• to harass or harm another person;

• to obtain information about another person without their knowledge or authorization;

• to interfere with the operation of the website;

• to circumvent security measures;

• to reverse engineer the Service;

• for automated scraping or unauthorized data collection.

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the International Privacy Policy.

Because the Service may process information concerning sex life and intimate preferences, certain jurisdictions may classify some information processed by the Service as sensitive or special-category personal data.

Where required, SoulmateScan obtains separate explicit consent for such processing.

14. Cookies

SoulmateScan uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.

Non-essential cookies will be activated only where the applicable law requires prior consent.

Users may manage their cookie preferences through the Cookie Preference Center.

15. Marketing

SoulmateScan may send promotional communications only where an appropriate legal basis and, where required, consent has been obtained.

Marketing consent is separate from consent necessary to provide the Service.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

16. Availability

SoulmateScan aims to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may temporarily become unavailable because of:

• maintenance;

• technical failures;

• hosting or infrastructure failures;

• third-party provider failures;

• security incidents;

• events beyond reasonable control.

17. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoulmateScan is not responsible for:

• relationship decisions made based on the report;

• subjective interpretations of report content;

• consequences of relying on the report as professional advice;

• inaccurate information supplied by users;

• interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Changes to the Service

SoulmateScan may modify or discontinue particular features of the Service.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the website or other appropriate means where required by law.

19. Applicable Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to QwertyX L.L.C-FZ, subject to mandatory consumer protection and data protection laws applicable to the user.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted by the laws of their country of residence.
